Here are a few questions you should ask your photographer before making your choice.
Are you insured against accidental loss of photographs...... Every photographer should have this....Andy Webb photography are covered by Indemnity and public liability insurance. We always make a back up of your photos throughout the day so there is never a chance that they can be lost. We have never had to make a claim in the past but the insurance is a safeguard against any eventuallity.
Do we receive a printable CD or DVD with our chosen package... We supply a high resolution, printable CD/ DVD containing all of your photos with permission to print as many copies as you wish subject to T&C's
Do you have extra camera equipment with you on the day incase of malfunction...We always carry spare equipment on the day, including at least 3 cameras and flashguns and a variety of lenses.
What is included in our chosen package... We supply everything included in the packages as advertised on our website and any extras that you have ordered.
Have you photographed a wedding the venue before, if not do you visit it beforehand... If we have not photographed a wedding at your chosen venue we will visit it to familiarise ourselves with the surroundings and choose the best places for the formal photographs.
Are you the photographer who will be covering our wedding.... Andy Webb Photography will be the photographer who will cover your wedding, we only book one wedding per day.
Are there are any extra charges on the day....There are no extra charges on the day unless you require extra services that are requested on the day.
When is the payment due....The retainer fee is due when you book our services and the balance is due no later than 2 weeks prior to your wedding or civil partnership.
How long have you been a wedding photographer.... I have been a wedding photographer for 15 years, I have completed variuos courses in photography and done my training with a professional photographer in London. Beforehand I was a freelance photographer covering events and portraits.
Do you keep a backup copy of our photographs if we ever need another copy...We always keep a copy of your photos for at least 5 years just incase you ever need another copy.
